On October 21, the Ministry of Education announced via its official WeChat account that, following a notice regarding support for some universities to co-establish National Excellent Engineer Colleges in collaboration with central enterprises, it has decided to back the formation of the third batch of these colleges. This initiative was coordinated with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Recently, the Ministry of Education has released the list of universities selected to establish the third batch of National Excellent Engineer Colleges, which includes institutions such as Beijing Jiaotong University and North China Electric Power University.
