On October 25, the “Warm Coffee in Winter: 100 Days” campaign kicked off in Shenyang, marking the start of the 2024 Coffee Consumption Season. Guided by the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce and co-hosted by the Shenyang Coffee Industry Association, this event aims to stimulate winter consumer enthusiasm across the city.
When asked about the objectives of this initiative, the organizers noted that the campaign is designed to meet the diversified needs of consumers. By injecting fresh energy into the market, the event seeks to establish Shenyang as a focal point for coffee consumption, promote the coffee beverage industry, diversify the range of available products, and ultimately invigorate consumer activity.
At the launch event on October 25, attendees were treated to a showcase featuring over 30 renowned coffee brands from various locations, including Shanghai, Beijing, Taiwan, Dongguan in Guangdong, and Changchun in Jilin. The exhibition highlighted a wide array of products, primarily focusing on coffee beverages and premium coffee beans, alongside new tea drinks and baked goods. Attendees had the opportunity to sample a hundred unique blends and thousands of coffee flavors.
Running from October 25 through January 28, the “Warm Coffee in Winter” campaign will see nearly 300 coffee beverage stores associated with the Shenyang Coffee Industry Association participating in promotional activities. Local residents can look forward to special discounts and offers at these stores, which will be clearly marked with signage indicating their participation in the 2024 Shenyang Coffee Consumption Season for consumer convenience.
The event also featured various coffee-related activities, including coffee tastings, aimed at fostering a vibrant coffee culture in Shenyang. According to the organizers, this initiative is part of a broader effort to enrich the local community’s lifestyle and stimulate the regional economy.
