San Jose’s special Gardeners’ Market debuts on the 19th, a feast for plant lovers

San Jose is set to host a special Gardener’s Market on the 19th, an exciting event co-organized by Gardeneur and St. Leo’s Parish. This plant market, which seamlessly blends food and wine experiences, will kick off at 11 AM and run until 7 PM, welcoming all families who share a passion for plants and delicious culinary offerings.

One of the standout features of this event is the participation of 50 local plant shops from the Bay Area, with space nearly at capacity. Attendees can expect to see a diverse array of plants on display, ranging from vibrant succulents and elegant orchids to begonias and fascinating carnivorous plants. There’s something for every plant enthusiast, whether you’re a seasoned gardener or simply looking to add a touch of greenery to your home.

In addition to the impressive plant exhibits, the market will also feature food trucks and beer booths, providing a variety of mouthwatering dishes and specialty drinks to satisfy every palate.

To enhance the festive atmosphere, local bands will perform lively music throughout the day. Visitors can enjoy the sounds while sampling delicious food and leisurely browsing the market, ensuring an afternoon filled with laughter and memorable moments.

Admission and parking are free, and the organizers aim to create a gathering space for plant lovers and local residents alike. The event also serves as a platform for small plant shops and producers in the Bay Area to showcase their carefully cultivated plants and unique products, highlighting a commitment to green living and sustainability in the region.
